Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We currently ship within the United States using the following rates:

Free for orders over $70.00
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping
- $15.00
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high‑volume periods.
3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at hedman42@msn.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
