Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times Shipping rates vary by product and fulfillment method. All orders ship within the contiguous United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and supplier location. Some products fulfilled through our supplier network may have carrier-calculated rates that differ from the standard tiers below. Actual shipping costs may be lower than the rates shown depending on your location and the fulfilling supplier.

Standard Shipping weight-based rates (where applicable):

• 0–10 lbs: $9.99
• 10–25 lbs: $17.99
• 25–40 lbs: $29.99
• 40+ lbs: $54.99

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $25.00 flat rate

3. Ship-From Location Products are fulfilled via dropship directly from our suppliers' warehouses located across the United States. Ship-from location varies by product and supplier. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages.

4. Carriers We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on your location and order size.

5. Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii at this time.

6. Estimated Total Delivery Time Total delivery time = processing time (1–2 business days) + shipping time.

7. Multiple Shipments If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on supplier location.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

9. Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
