Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

 

• Item must be unused

• In original condition

• In original packaging

• Include any accessories or documentation that came with the product

Returns are processed by mail only.

How to Start a Return

• Your order number

• Reason for the return

• Photos of the item (if applicable)

We will reply with instructions on how to mail your item back to us.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 10 days., though processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
